In leading the design for this website (which included UX and UI work), the focus was on the individual experiences of patients receiving this therapeutic treatment: the community of people with this condition was small and tightly knit. Personal connection to company managers was driven throughout the simplified site, and outreach through their online forms increased dramatically.
